Stormalong Bay Reopening

• If you’re a Beach Club and Yacht Club lover (or a DVC member who calls Beach Club their home), Stormalong Bay is officially open after a 6-month refurbishment.

• It’s time to get back to enjoying the lazy river, whirlpool, and sand bottom with freshly updated surfaces, cabanas, and additional seating.

EPCOT🗺️

Test Track Reopening

• The updated version of Test Track is officially reopening on July 22nd!

• This is way ahead of the projected end of summer 2025 that people originally expected.

• The ride features brand-new scenes showcasing smart car technology, particularly how cameras allow cars to “see” the world around them.

• It will also feature an all-new musical score for guests to enjoy.

Boneyard Closure

• Despite the belief that the rest of Dinoland U.S.A. wouldn’t close until 2026, it was recently announced that the Boneyard kids’ play area will close on September 2nd.

Walt Disney World

Magic Kingdom

• Big Thunder Mountain- Closed as of Jan. 6; reopening Jan. 2026

• Astro Orbiter- Closed as of Jan. 13; reopening Summer 2025

• Hall of Presidents- Closed Jan. 20; unknown reopening

• Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin- Closing Aug. 2025; unknown reopening

Epcot

• Test Track- Closed as of June 17, 2024; reopening July 22

Animal Kingdom

• The Boneyard- Closing Sept. 2

• Dinosaur- Closing in 2026

Hollywood Studios

• Muppet*Vision 3D and Muppets Courtyard- Permanently closing June 8, 2025

Disneyland Resort

• Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln- Closed as of April 16, 2024; reopening July 17, 2025

• Matterhorn Bobsleds- Closed May 5; unknown reopening

• Enchanted Tiki Room- Closed April 28; unknown reopening

• Chip 'n' Dale's GADGETcoaster- Closing May 19; reopening June 12

California Adventure

• Avengers Campus expansion- the walkway between Avengers Campus and Cars Land is closed.

Did you know there are two mini golf courses on Walt Disney World property?

You can find Fantasia Gardens mini golf in the EPCOT Resort area. The gardens contain two courses: a Fantasia-themed one with cute characters from the movie and classical music, and a fairway-style course that looks like a traditional golf course.

You can find Winter Summerland mini golf right outside Blizzard Beach—no waterpark admission needed! Here you can join Santa and his elves on vacation with a Summer course and a Winter course.
